One of the hardest working entrepreneurs on the scene, Harlem based MC A Thugga has delivered his latest body of work, Hall of Fame. Not so much a brash approach, rather the project is set up as a his testimony to the selection committee. From club knocks, to messages for the youth, the project is a good mix of tracks that speak to and for the hustlers of the world. On lead single, Baddie Queen the content is reminiscent of the round the way girl that LL Cool J once described. Delivers a relate-able storyline, A Thugga gives his insight on how to go about acquiring a certain type of female; not just a queen, but a Baddie Queen. As the cliché goes, there is someone for everyone and what may not be your cup of coffee may well be a whole meal to another individual. Message to the listener, If you got a Queen, treat her like one. An homage to all the attractive women with substantial personalities to match their figure; Every real dude deserves one. With a solid beat, with content, reminiscent of the times when music had a message, Captain America’s rhythm supports Thugga’s flow perfectly. Riding the momentum, he talks directly to his target audience, those Captain America types out there saving. Utilizing some gems from the One and Only, Dame Dash, is possible A Thugga’s flashiest track. As he boasts about his credentials, and hustler spirit, A Thugga marvels in the work that he and the MegaStar Brand have put in over the years led by his ambition and foresight. Heading back to the teaching side of things, I Am God Of Gods I step On Devils. could be viewed as a tutorial for those who are trying to get into the game figuratively. Regardless of the industry there are certain things that are paramount to success. Not everyone can be #1 but there are a lot of ways to get a piece of the pie. Take it from someone like A Thugga who has been Self Made from the beginning. Describing a recent meeting with a phenomenal female who happens to be of Caribbean descent, A Thugga uses Island Girl goes on to break down the courting process, as well as their quality time and what makes her magnificent. A dope descriptive track, I can see the fellas going after some island women listening to this. Hope they all live up to the picture he painted. On Spread My WIngs, A Thugga ties in the title of the project Hall Of Fame warning potential collaborators of the futile attempts to talk small moves when approaching the Black Rolling Stones empire. In an almost stuntastic manner, A Thugga describes his lifestyle of pretty women and nightlife all in the furtherance of enhancing the awareness of his Megastar brand. The transition to Bad Guy is dope, incorporating a timeless Scarface interlude, You Need Peole Like Me. Every hustle needs someone like A Thugga one who doesn’t have their hand out and is willing to do whatever it takes to make ends meet. From Harlem to Brooklyn, representing for the Big Apple, A Thugga takes a moment to speak to the realest and trillest as he proclaims to be the Bad Guy. “Like GPS I got Direction….I’m the realest and The Trillest F*ck their feelings, too bad, bad guy im the realest.” – A Thugga Cannot be more direct than that. A bad guy in the good sense of the word A Thugga goes on to present a more insightful side quoting Psalms 23 as he says goodbye to negativity and those who have played influence or celebrate demise. “As long as I believe, I can Achieve” – A Thugga And That he has, with the most candid track on the project as he celebrates real artists standing up in their community and promoting upliftment. Salute to you A Thugga. A Black Rolling Stone for real. Hall Of Fame is now available via iTuneshttps://itunes.apple.com/us/album/h.o.f-hall-of-fame/id1054808550
